Monkey respects the intellectual property rights of others and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe your copyrighted work has been posted on the Monkey App without authorization, you may file a DMCA takedown notice.
3.1 How to File a DMCA Notice
To file a DMCA notice, please provide the following information:
- Your name, address, email address, and phone number.
- A description of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed.
- A description of where the infringing material is located on the Monkey App.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
- Your signature (physical or electronic).

3.2 Counter-Notice
If you believe that your content was removed in error, you may file a counter-notice with the following information:
- Your name, address, and email address.
- A description of the content that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal.
- A statement that you believe in good faith that the material was removed due to a mistake or misidentification.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that the information in your counter-notice is accurate.
- Your signature (physical or electronic).
3.3 Repeat Infringers
Monkey has a policy of terminating the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe the copyrights of others.
