3.1 How to File a DMCA Notice

To file a DMCA notice, please provide the following information:

• Your name, address, email address, and phone number.
• A description of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed.
• A description of where the infringing material is located on the Monkey App.
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner.
• A statement under penalty of perjury that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
• Your signature (physical or electronic).

3.2 Counter-Notice

If you believe that your content was removed in error, you may file a counter-notice with the following information:

• Your name, address, and email address.
• A description of the content that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal.
• A statement that you believe in good faith that the material was removed due to a mistake or misidentification.
• A statement under penalty of perjury that the information in your counter-notice is accurate.
• Your signature (physical or electronic).

3.3 Repeat Infringers

Monkey has a policy of terminating the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe the copyrights of others.
